Poor on Forensics
The report on the Iraq War published by the inguiry committee chaired by Davids is an outstanding analysis in my view. In one aspect however it is poor. The quality of the forensic investigations regarding Dutch military and intel involvment in the Iraq War is harming the quality of the report. (...) A good forensic investigation never limits itself to a top-down approach only. This is of special importance in situations with a double hierarchy. As a consequence we do not know for sure that there was no Dutch military involvment in the Iraq War. Perhaps an even more important question is why a outstanding report is so poor in one aspect.
